I was a Vice President in Human Resources with Citi from 1986 - 2000 in Kansas City - one of the collections/customer service regions for CitiCards. When I left I wanted to pursue a career in event planning but after 9/11 no one was planning events!!
Plus I quickly learned that event planners work evenings and weekends and that schedule didn't work for me. So - I became a Director of Career Services (2001 - 2005)for a local tech college - working with students on their job search and connecting with employers.
In August 2005, I accepted a position with EFL Associates, a retained executive search firm in Kansas City where I am the Director of Research.
