Vincent Spoto has 25 years experience in the financial services sector, and has held several senior management roles with JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Credit Suisse, where he most recently served as Director of Mortgage-Backed Securities for servicing surveillance. He has extensive mortgage experience relating to conduit operations, loan repurchases and audit/quality control. Mr. Spoto holds a Bachelor?s degree from Queens College of CUNY, an MBA in Finance from Saint John?s University and a second MBA in Accounting, also from Saint John?s University. In addition, he holds both the Series 7 and Series 63 professional securities licenses.

Mr. Spoto serves as Managing Director and is a Founding Partner of RRMS Advisors, a full service advisory firm that specializes in assessing client requirements and developing a tailored plan to meet all residential and commercial mortgage needs. The team?s priority is to custom tailor a strategy and partner with the client in order to contain costs and promote the most expedient path to goal attainment.
