I started my career with Citi in January 1987 with Payment Products Division (Citicorp Services Inc in the USA). Later it merged with Citibank Cash Management to form Global Cash Management Service (GCMS). I also had a few year attached with FI unit, and later joined Travel Payment Services (TPS) when TPS separated from GCMS.
I was the TPS Country Manager for Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei,
Indochina, Myanmar, and Mongolia.
I left Citi in 1999 to pursue my own business (in training and development).
Later, I joined Korn Ferry International as a head-hunter for CEOs and Senior Management positions. It was during the Korn Ferry days that I decided that my destiny is still in training and development (and coaching), and I decided to join TEC International as a TEC Chair (or coach for CEOs). At the same time, I also sign up exclusive franchise for Open Book Management (OBM) technology, Corporate Health Check, and Service Quality Programs. I am also a Certified Trainer with the Malaysian Institute of Management.
Lets keep in touch. I love to hear from all of you.
