Started at Citicorp Remittance Service which morphed into PPD in 1982. Most of my time was spent working with the best banking product ever, WorldLink.
Left Citi in 1994 for a three year stint at Standard Chartered Bank in London with Xciti noteables like Peter Sullivan, Mike Robertson, Rich Jensen, Tom McCabe and Mark Myers.
Returned to Citi and WorldLink at the end of 1997.
Left again in 2001 and tried financial consulting for a while.
I'm now back in banking and cash management at HSBC Bank USA here in Buffalo.
My wife and I have been empty nesters for a few years and are enjoying our four year old grandson.
The expression "old linkies" didn't used to be a reference to age but now that I'm a grandfather, I wonder.
