After twenty years at Citibank, in a variety of HR roles in the U.S. and Europe, I left in 1999 and set up my own HR Consulting Practice.

The focus of my practice is human resources strategy, talent development and coaching. I work primarily with the financial services sector in Europe and I also work with London Business School on their executive education and customised leadership programmes.

I would love to get back in touch with ex Citibank colleagues - I very much enjoyed my career at Citibank, and worked with some great people.
