DirectorI left Citi after spending 25 years in HR, in Athens, Greece and then in London, where I was responsible for Citi's Retail Banking, Senior Management Development. In spite of the usual frustrations, I enjoyed every minute of it! I then spent 3 years with the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and the territory this time was Eastern Europe: an eye-opener.
I am now part of a "boutique" Training and Consultancy company -Inter Associates Ltd- implementing the very special and high quality techniques we used to use at Citi and working all over the place. We specialise in management training and the so-called (in the past!) softer skills, which became very important in our days!
