Xciti.net was born in September 2000 when a couple of Ex Citibankers met in a remote place of this planet:

a Pizzeria in Milan (Italy)

Over a couple of pizzas and beers the folks around the table (all but one -at that time- having left Citi) quickly came to the conclusion that having a website for people who left the bank or firm as it loves calling itself now would be a nice thing.

This would allow Ex Citibankers to be able to look up friends, ex colleagues and network.

Over the time Xciti.net grew (and grows) to be the only website to have info about people who left the bank all over the globe.

Xciti.net cannot be tracking the local alumni activity.

It is particularly rewarding to see local chapters in France, New York, London and Italy having a growing popularity.

Xciti.net gives the basic info on what Excitibankers/groupers are doing now and how to reach them based on their submissions and updates.

Of course this info is responsibility of the single registrant and while Xciti.net undertakes every effort to keep the database free from wrong input it cannot be liable for the contence of the single registrants' input.

Registration is free.

Those who submit registrations are aware that any information contained in the registration is made publicly available and bear the responsibility for it.

Xciti.net is run as a spare time exercise by one person on a no cost to the members base. There are no banners or other commercial ads which may cover the actual costs but would make navigation difficult.

Please note that emails have been modified to make spamming more difficult.

Tested in Mac OS X with the following browsers: Netscape Communicator, iCab, Camino, Omniweb, Safari, Firefox and Mozilla. Should work ok on other platforms and browsers.
