On retirement in 1999, I started my management consulting company "IMPACT". Well that retirmenet plan did not last long !
IMPACT is now a leading management consulting compnay in the Middle East, employing around 14 staff and with offices in Bahrain and Lebanon. In 2003 two other ex-citibankers joined as partners, and the business became a limited liability company. Impact is the startegic advisory company to several top banks across the region.
