I have just retired effective July 1st, 2001 so I'm just getting used to not getting up at 5:00am to get ready for my two hour commute to NYC. I spent 23 years X TTI, Citibank, Citigroup and 40 years in business in total.

My last job at Citigroup was as Emerging Markets Quality Director working for Victor Menezes EM Sector Head.

My most recent and perhaps proudest accomplishments was the creation of a Global Quality Network (GQN) which at last count numbered almost 2500 members from 94 countries who shared knowledge and best practices to enable success transfer. I'm anxious to keep in contact with X-Citi folks so please feel free to contact me.

As it happens, my wife and I will be in Tuscany immediately before the X-Citi Convention and are currently scheduled to return on 3/29 the day the convention begins. We may change our plans.
