Well I was at Citi for almost 8 years, mostly in the Australian business doing transaction banking related product management and product development work.

I transferred to the Asia GTS regional office at Hong Kong in early 2004, but ended up leaving Citi around a year later.

I'm now working for HSBC Cash Management, in the Asia regional office also located in HK. My focus is on Channel Management (Electronic Banking) and am enjoying it a lot. HSBC is a very different company to Citi in terms of busines model, management style, etc.
