Brian is the Founder of Aviador Group Inc. and has worked with Fortune 500 companies in financial services and consumer electronics/ products industries. Clients include Morgan Stanley, U.S. Trust, Kraft Foods, Fujifilm and MetLife Financial Services. Brian has successfully led global business consulting engagements, at all levels, ranging from front-line project teams to senior executives.
Mr. Byrne has over twenty five years of business and advisory experience. Prior to founding Aviador Group Inc., Brian was a Vice-President of MetLife Financial Services in New York City where he led Field Sales Transformation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Byrne was a Vice President for both US domestic and overseas businesses with Citigroup, the largest global Financial Services provider, where he held leadership roles in Retail Bank Marketing, Strategy and, prior to that, Marketing and Communications in Citigroup's Office of the CFO.
Prior to Citigroup, Brian spent sixteen years at Kraft and General Foods, progressing through Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, Training, Business Development and Merger & Acquisition roles.
